Returns & Exchanges

Turntable Lab offers a 30-day return policy for most items, provided they are in brand new, unopened condition with all original packaging. For defective electronics or damaged gear, we provide a streamlined exchange process to ensure your setup is back up and running as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original manufacturer's packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or your own trackable label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the hardware and confirms its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
