We use specialized 'Lab-Certified' double-walled boxes and heavy-duty bubble wrap for all turntables and speakers to ensure your gear arrives in perfect condition.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via FedEx and DHL. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.

What is your return policy for open-box electronics?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. However, items such as phono cartridges and styli cannot be returned once the seal is broken due to their delicate nature.

Are your records brand new or used?

The vast majority of our vinyl inventory is brand new and factory sealed. We occasionally offer 'Open Box' gear, but this will be clearly marked on the product page.
