2 Many DJ's: As Heard on Radio Soulwax Pt.2 Vinyl LP

2 Many DJ's: As Heard on Radio Soulwax Pt.2 Vinyl LP

Wow, here's something we never thought we'd see: Part 2 of Soulwax aka 2 Many DJs' classic mashup/edit mix series "As Heard On Radio Soulwax"... pressed on vinyl! This is the mixed version, just like the original CD-Rs, with full tracklist and credits inside the gatefold. Vintage Lab review for the original CD version:

Volume 1 was a popular choice in our last update, volume 2 steps up the intensity. 2 Many squeezes 45+ tracks into 68 minutes, mixing the unmixable, and connecting the unconnectable. For instance, they go from Peaches' "Fuck The Pain Away," to Velvet Underground's "Waiting For The Man"; from Felix Da Housecat to a mix of The Stooges' "No Fun" and Salt 'N' Pepa's "Push It." Other unlikely combos include Basement Jaxx's "Where's Your Head At" acapella over Emerson, Lake & Palmer (this is the first track) or Dolly Parton's "9 To 5" over Royksopp's "Eple".

  • black double vinyl pressing
  • original release year: 2002
  • music label: Play It Again Sam 2022
